国际教育重方法 美中教师练“神功”

 

         We started at 10.30am with a round of introductions. Each teacher stood in front of the group and gave a brief introduction of who they are, which grade and subject they will teach their likes and dislikes. Just a fun way of learning lots of names in a short time.

         2016年8月23号上午10：30，深圳市美中学校国际部为期两个上午的教师培训正式拉开帷幕，本次教师培训的主讲人是由来自英国的外教主管Ben老师。参加人员是:深圳市美中学校国际部全体中外教老师。培训全程是用英语组织完成的。由于本学期学生人数和班级数量增加，我们非常有幸的吸纳了许多新老师加入这个温暖的大家庭。

         所以培训开始之前，老师们先轮流做自我介绍，每个老师用轻松愉悦的方式在短时间内介绍自己，给老师们留下了深刻的印象。

 

 

 

         After introductions we held a games workshop, 10-15 useful games for the classroom. Games are an important way in which we teach as it allows students to forget that they are studying English and yet use the English language in a more realistic setting. Quick answers, critical thinking and on the spot delivery mean students have to be able to use English well in a low pressure situation in order to win points for their team. And everyone wants to win!

All teachers were physically involved in the participation of the games, and tensions were high, as to which team would win……

         在简短的自我介绍之后，进入教学游戏环节。丰富多彩的教学游戏也是我们国际部外教英文授课的日常体现，老师们亲身积极参与到每个游戏当中，充分体验活跃的课堂氛围，游戏对于快速问答，批判性思维，以及当场展示等提出要求，这些都对每个老师日后的教学起到非常重要的作用。

 

 

 

         After the games workshop we had a brainstorming session on ways in which we could improve our teaching styles, be better teachers and also how we could improve the smooth running of the school. To create a brighter, more colourful study environment for the students and what could be done to generally improve on last years excellence. Most teachers had a lot of very constructive and great ideas, so much so that we ran out of time!

         游戏环节过后，老师们开展了头脑风暴，就“如何让美中学校国际部越办越好，更创辉煌”集思广益，每个老师都提出了宝贵的意见。

在一片欢声笑语和恋恋不舍中，我们结束了为期两个上午的教师培训，相信本次培训对所有老师的日后工作起到积极的作用，产生深远的影响！希望我们的国际部在各位老师的共同努力下越办越好，国际部的明天更加美好！
